  1. Gathering Non-Personally-Identifying Information.

Using the Ads Settings link (located at Google.com), users can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads.

    • We do not sell your personal information for profit. However, sometimes we share your data with third parties in order to provide you with certain services which may be deemed a “sale” under certain data privacy laws. Limitations on Liability.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USING OUR SERVICES AND IN DEALING WITH OTHER USERS WITH WHOM YOU COME IN CONTACT THROUGH THIS SITE OR APP. WE EXPECT THAT YOU WILL USE CAUTION AND COMMON SENSE WHEN USING THIS SITE OR APP.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE OVER PRIVACY IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, AS WELL AS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SITE, APP, AND SERVICE (INCLUDING LIMITATIONS ON DAMAGES AND ARBITRATION). YOU AGREE THAT OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY SHALL BE LIMITED TO NO GREATER THAN ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) PER CLAIM, TO THE EXTENT SUCH CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE BARRED BY OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Security; Transfer of Data.

We take all reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect your information from unauthorized access and to limit the risk that your information may be lost, damaged or misused. For children located in jurisdictions within the EU, we comply with the age limits applicable in the Member State. In these instances, the references above to the age of 13, as well as consent requirements, will be deemed to be references to the age limits applicable in each Member State.

Opting Out.

  • Email and consumer telemarketing: You can opt-out of marketing emails and telemarketing calls by using proboxtv.com/marketing-unsubscribe.
  • Text messages: Opt-out of our marketing text messages by replying "stop" to any message.

Data Retention.

We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for and any other lawfully permissible related purpose, including for the purpose of satisfying any legal, accounting, reporting, or regulatory retention requirements, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, or improving our Services.
