Usyk Feels Tyson Fury Is Afraid Of Him

Oleksandr Usyk wants to unify all four world title belts in the heavyweight division and face Tyson Fury.

Usyk defeated Anthony Joshua in their rematch and seemed to be in talks with Tyson Fury until Fury’s on-again, off-again retirement crept up.

“Why is he doing this? … I think we already agreed with him to fight and now he's running and saying that I don't want to fight him … I know that [he's scared of me.]”

The usually mild-mannered and somewhat zany Usyk, who rarely trash-talks had no issues criticizing Fury. Usyk seems a bit frustrated though, especially for Fury’s choice of his next opponent, Derek Chisora.

“He's dangerous. He's big. He's a giant. He's very smart. He knows what to do in the ring,” said Usyk. “I want to fight with him and we need to unify all of the titles.”
