WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury wants to face the man who defeated Anthony Joshua in Oleksandr Usyk.
“Why isn’t [Anthony Joshua] stepping up to the plate and taking on the challenge?” Tyson Fury said when speaking with IFL TV. “I’m looking to fight Usyk – Joshua’s nemesis, the man who’s got AJ’s kryptonite, the man who made him cry after the fight like a little girl.
Fury has had a rivalry with Anthony Joshua, but Usyk, the 2012 Olympian, beat Joshua twice, and now Fury has his sights on him.
Usyk is in a tricky situation as he has been ordered to defend his heavyweight world titles against Daniel Dubois and Filip Hrgovic in recent weeks.
