Tyson Fury Hopes Andy Ruiz Jr KOs Deontay Wilder

Tyson Fury is pondering a fourth fight with Deontay Wilder, and how it might sell in the U.K., quite possibly.

Fury is obviously a draw as over 60,000 tickets have already been sold for Fury’s fight with Dereck Chisora, a trilogy on Saturday night at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.

The WBC has order a heavyweight elimination bout between Wilder and Andy Ruiz Jr., the winner of which would face Fury for his title. As with every boxing bout now, we expect Wilder vs. Ruiz Jr., to be on pay-per-view next year, at some point.

Yet, Fury has a take that most might not see coming.

“I would like to see Andy Ruiz knock his [expletive] ass out,” Fury said to Keith Idec of BoxingScene.com. “Because I’m sick of looking at Deontay Wilder. I need another man to train for. I need another guy to fight. We fought three times already. I think the guy’s a piece of [expletive] as a person. I don’t like him. He’s an excuse-maker.”

What Fury thinks will happen appears clear

“I hope so, but probably not,” Fury retorted. “Probably Wilder will hit him with one shot and knock him out cold. But I hope Andy smashes his ass!”
