The junior welterweight title will be on the line back-to-back weekends, and this time, DAZN is hosting the card from the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, LA. WBC junior welterweight champion Regis Prograis (28-1, 24 KOs) will defend his title against the tough Danielito Zorrilla (17-1, 13 KOs) from Miguel Cotto Promotions.

After beating Jose Zepeda (36-3, 27 KOs) in November and a failed attempt at making a fight with Jose Ramirez (28-1, 18 KOs), Prograis was able to free himself up from his promotional deal with Probellum and sign with Matchroom Boxing. His first opponent, which is a homecoming for Prograis, was supposed to be Liam Paro, but he withdrew from the fight due to an injury. Prograis has an even tougher fight against Zorrilla who stepped in as a replacement for Paro and is coming off of a first-round TKO victory in March. Will Prograis get up for this fight, or will Zorrilla pull off the upset?

Zorrilla was once a red-hot contender, but he lost a ton of steam during the pandemic and had to regain his buzz over the last few years. In July, he gave Arnold Barboza Jr. (28-0, 10 KOs) all he could handle, and although he lost to him, Zorrilla showed that he still had plenty in the tank to give it a go. He now faces one of the toughest fighters in the division, who also happens to be the WBC champ in Prograis.
