Morrell vs. Yerbossynuly Set For Nov. 5th

Not unlike how ‘Butterbean’ was the king of the four-rounders, David Morrell might be the king of The Armory in his adopted hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Though no official press release has been sent out the very credible Jake Donovan of BoxingScene.com first reported that the secondary WBA super middleweight Morrell holds will be on the line against his mandatory challenger Aidos Yerbossynuly with the fight taking place on November 5th, on a  Showtime telecast.

BoxingScene.com's Keith Idec reported earlier that Yoelvis Gomez will face former world champion Jeison Rosario in a fight that could propel the winner into the 154 lbs world title picture. As of the time of this writing it is unclear if a third bout will be put on the card for television or if a replay of Jake Paul vs. Anderson Silva will be the opening event, which will take place on pay-per-view a week prior.
