Heavyweight Arslanbek Makhmudov got a first-round knockout over Michael Wallisch to keep his NABA and NABF heavyweight titles, on Friday night, in Canada.
It was vintage Makhmudov, he came forward with his offense being both his offense and defense. After a violent first round, Wallisch refused to answer the bell for the second round.
The co-main event saw a shocking result as former world champion Femke Hermans pulled off a massive upset defeating unbeaten Mary Spencer in a super welterweight bout to win the IBO world title.
Rounding out the card middleweight contender Steven Butler defeated Joshua Conley in a competitive fight that Butler won by way of unanimous decision. The score were as follows 96-94, 97-93, and 99-91.
