ProBoxTV returns with another night of competitive fights which is headlined by a lightweight battle between Radivoje Kalajdzic (27-2, 19 KOs) & Mickey Ellison (14-4, 5 KOs). It’s another one of those fights where the winner can position themselves for a significant fight in the upcoming year.

RADIVOJE KALAJDZIC VS. MICKEY ELLISON MAIN EVENT PROFILE
Radivoje Kalajdzic, better known as 'Hot Rod', is a professional boxer in the light heavyweight division, who most notably was knocked out by unified world champion Artur Beterbiev in his lone world title fight as he fought for Beterbiev's IBF light heavyweight title.
Before that loss, on April 16, 2016, fought a great fight against Marcus Browne in a fight for the WBC United States title, which he lost by split decision. Many felt he should've won.
At six feet, two-inches, 'Hot Rod' has good size for the division, and has surprisingly a lack of rounds given his experience. With a record of 27-2, with 19 KOs, 'Hot Rod' has only gone 92 rounds which almost feels like a misprint. Over the past few years since losing to Beterbiev in Stockton, California, he has been rebuilt into a contender in the Tampa area.
Mickey Ellison is a tough journeyman, who despite having eleven fewer fights than 'Hot Rod' has one more round at 93 rounds under his belt. His record is imperfect at 14-4, with 5 KOs, as he has danced between the super middleweight and light heavyweight divisions - his last fights being at light heavyweight. Ellison has yet to prove that he can compete at a world-class level and this is a step up in competition.
