Franchón Crews-Dezurn vs. Savannah Marshall: Live Stream, Betting Odds & Fight Card

On Saturday, the women’s undisputed super middleweight crown will be on the line at the Manchester Arena in the UK. The champion Franchon Crews-Dezurn (8-1, 2 KOs), will put all her titles on the line against former middleweight champion Savannah Marshall (12-1, 10 KOs). Although the fight was initially scheduled to be the co-main to Liam Smith vs. Chris Eubank Jr. 2, that fight was canceled; therefore, the women were bumped up to headline the card.

The champion Crews-Dezurn has only fought once a year since 2020, but she put it all together in April 2022 when she defeated Elin Cederroos (8-2, 4 KOs) to become the undisputed champion. Now Crews-Dezurn has the tough task of getting a victory across the pond where her opponent is from. Even though Marshall is moving up in weight to fight her, it’s still risky but one that Crews-Dezurn is not afraid to take. This is the highest-profile fight for Crews-Dezurn so far in her career, and she will give it her all so that she returns to the U.S. with her titles in hand.

Marshall is an interesting fighter as she is coming off of a loss to the undisputed middleweight champion Claressa Shields (14-0, 2 KOs) in October which was a tightly contested fight. Marshall seemed big for the middleweight division but is now moving eight pounds north of 160 lbs, where the women will be either the same size or much larger. In this case, Crew-Dezurn will be the bigger fighter on Saturday, and Marshall must use her boxing abilities to defend against the “Hard Hitting Diva.”
