Boxing legend and former three-division world champion Jorge Linares lost his third consecutive fight this time to relatively unknown Zhora Hamazaryan by way of a ten-round decision.
It is clear Linares is not the same guy we once saw on HBO Boxing, who was the king of the underground and a “word of mouth” type of guy, before streaming services took over the world.
All of the judges had the fight for Hamazaryan: 96-94, 98-92 and 99-91, leaving little doubt.
Linares entered the contest with unanimous decision loss to Devin Haney and was recently knocked out by Zaur Abdullaev.
