Before we get to the big one at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV, Top Rank will host a women’s championship at the Palms Casino & Resort. Unified minimum weight champion Seniesa Estrada (24-0, 9 KOs) will defend her titles against 34-year-old Leonela Yudica (19-1-3, 1 KO). The fight will headline a card that will stream live on ESPN+ and is filled with some intriguing matchups within the younger group of fighters that Top Rank currently has in their stable.
The champion Estrada continues her winning streak from her time at Golden Boy Promotions to now with Top Rank. She wanted to face the other known champion in the division, Yokasta Valle (28-2), but that fight has yet to materialize. Some say Valle replaced Estrada at Golden Boy, as she was signed shortly after Estrada’s departure. Nevertheless, it’s the biggest fight in that division, so the hope is that they can get a deal done, and we can all see them settle it in the ring.

Yudica was in the ring just four months ago, earning a split decision victory over Tamara Demarco (11-6). Before that, she suffered a narrow decision loss to Arely Mucino (32-3-2, 11 KOs), the IBF flyweight champion. Estrada will put pressure on Yudica, and with only one knockout, it’s hard to believe she can keep her off all night. Can Yudica pull an upset on the scorecards and become a unified champion?
