Defending undisputed world super-middleweight world champion Franchon Crews-Dezurn and former WBO world middleweight champion Savannah Marshall, both made weight ahead of their encounter this upcoming Saturday at the Manchester Arena.
Crews-Dezurn (8-1) will be defending her undisputed championship for the first time after capturing the crown in April last year against Elin Cederroos against Marshall (12-1), who will be looking to return to winning ways following her defeat to Claressa Shields in October last year in a BBBofC nominated fight of the year contender.
Crews-Dezurn weighed in the heavier of the pair by coming in at 167.3lbs, with Marshall coming in at a career heaviest at 167lbs even.
Natasha Jonas and Kandi Wyatt made weight, respectively, as Jonas aims to become a two-weight world champion, Jonas aims to add the IBF world welterweight title to her growing title collection. Jonas weighed in slightly heavier at 146.3 lbs compared to Wyatt, who weighed in at 146 lbs even.
