Mexican boxer Canelo Alvarez wasn’t to keen on Lionel Messi’s celebration after Argentina defeated Mexico in the world cup.
A video emerged showing Messi and his Argentina teammates celebrating in the locker room after the 2-0 win. Messi appeared to kick a Mexico.
In the video it appears Messi that Messi kicked the Mexican flag on the floor. How it happened is hotly debated as some fans feel, it was accident as he was taking his shoes off, and others felt it was intentional. Canelo was one of the latter.
"Así como respeto Argentina tiene que respetar Mexico!! no hablo del país(argentina) hablo de messi por su mamada que hizo,” said Canelo Alvarez via Twitter.
As Canelo took offense to Messi’s celebration, as Canelo, fired off several tweets including offering to fight Messi for free.
