Anthony Joshua Accepts Terms For Fury Encounter

Former 2x unified world heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua, has accepted the terms offered by Tyson Fury for an all British heavyweight affair. The date in question is set for December 3rd and is expected to take place at either Old Trafford Stadium in Manchester or the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff. The confirmation of the accepted proposal was announced by Anthony Joshua's management company of which he operates, 258 Management. An official response from Fury, promoters Frank Warren & Top Rank is yet to be given officially other than on social media. Frank Warren has stated that he will indeed be sending a contract to Joshua & 258 management in the very near future.

The stumbling blocks previously reported surrounded the dates previously known to the industry for an all British showdown, broadcasting rights due to both fighters having broadcasting obligations with different broadcasters & any rematch purse split agreements. However, those issues now seem to be resolved in full.

A deadline was set for the 8th of September to accept terms for the fight however due to the death of H.M Elizabeth the second, the monarch of the UK, talks were halted according to 258 management.
