Rudenko is a 39-year-old journeyman whose last significant opponent was interim WBO champion Zhilei Zhang (25-1-1, 20 KOs), with whom he went ten rounds in 2019. This is a solid opponent for Anderson, who will need these types of fights to build up his experience.
