Turki Alalshik responds to Wahid’s statements about ‘two Ferraris’

Abdul Wahid – Tank Davis – has made it clear he wants something to go to Saudi Arabia.

While many are going to Saudi for inflated fight purses, Wahid has not followed suit.

Recently, Wahid took to X to explain that he would need two Ferraris before he would start talking about fighting in Saudi Arabia.

The primary public force of Riyadh Season, Turki Alalshikh, responded to Wahid’s statements on a special edition of Ariel Helwani’s MMA Hour.

“I heard Davis said, 'Send to me two Ferraris.' I say to him – we will send you two gloves if you want, that's it,” said Alalshikh.

Wahid took to the social media app, X, promptly to respond stating the following.

“When did I ever need ‘em?”

It seems that Alalshikh and the Saudi investors are drawing a firm line. They will call the shots when it comes to the superfights they put on, and Wahid will not dictate their actions.

Wahid last fought in April 2023, knocking out Ryan Garcia in the biggest money fight of 2023. Since then, he has been inactive and he does not have a date scheduled.
