In very sad news, super middleweight contender Aidos Yerbossynuly was placed in a medically induced coma following a brutal 12th-round knockout loss Saturday night, at the hands of super middleweight secondary world champion David Morrell on Showtime, as reported by ESPN.com.
The Kazakh fighter who was fighting for his first world title took a lot of punishment from one of the most fierce and ferocious punchers in the division, David Morrell.

Up until this past fight, Yerbossynuly was undefeated amassing a slew of 16 straight wins with a perfect record, and a decorated amateur career.
