Fresno, California will get the big fight feel that they are used to getting, but this time with a new promoter. Robert Garcia will be putting on an event as a part the 'House of Champions 4' which will take place at the picturesque Chukchansi Park, situated in the heart of Downtown Fresno, CA. The event which will occur on a Friday, November 17, to be specific within the open-air confines of the venue, which is the esteemed home of the Fresno Grizzlies Baseball Team.
The main event will feature Stockton's pride, Gabriel Flores Jr. (22-2), set to make his return to the ring following a remarkable ESPN-televised/SportsCenter Top 10 first-round knockout on May 13, 2023. Accompanying Flores will be super bantamweight Vic Pasillas (16-1, 9 KOs) originally from the Los Angeles area, but now hailing from Redwood City, CA, junior welterweight Jorge Maravillo (8-0, 8 KOs) representing Salinas, CA, who trains with Max Garcia, and lightweight Miguel Contreras (12-2-1, 6 KOs) from Bakersfield, CA, as well as Jessie Guerrero (3-0-2, 3 KOs), who is a part of Guerrero family, that includes world champion, Robert Guerrero.
The card will also feature a meet-and-greet with Mikey Garcia, Robert Garcia, as well as Jose Ramirez, a fighter who has taken the Fresno area by storm and traditionally has fought in the fourth quarter in Fresno helping build-up the boxing market there.
