Lightweight contender, Frank Martin appears to have another fight as Dan Rafael reported that Martin's next fight will be against Artem Harutyunyan in a WBC eliminator.
The bout per Rafael's report will be broadcast on Showtime with a tentative date of either July 15th or 22nd, with nothing being officially set.
Martin would be making his first appearance in 2023 after a breakout conclusion to 2022 in which he soundly outboxed Michel Rivera over the course of twelve rounds in a Showtime Championship Boxing main event.
Harutyunyan has fought his entire thirteen-fight career in Germany, as this would be his first fight in the United States. He was also a bronze medal Olympian in the 2016 Rio Olympics.
