Floyd Mayweather Confronts Jake Paul Wednesday Night

Another day, and yet again, Jake Paul finds himself in the news cycle. This time with his old rival Floyd Mayweather, the man who he famously grabbed Mayweather’s hat and proceeded to seemingly get into a rather serious scuffle with that went viral in May of 2021.

Now in the post-COVID-19 world, Paul ran into Mayweather yet again, this time when leaving a Miami Heat basketball game on Wednesday, March 8th.

The two have exchanged words, but to be perfectly honest, I can’t give you the play-by-play details of why the two don’t like each other, but it is clear they will not be spending the holidays together given the verbiage the two use towards one and another.

"I'm like first of all, what did I say to you, Floyd? I just took your hat and you're still mad about it? Come on, bro,” furthered Paul via his social media account. “…then 50 dudes literally start surrounding me to jump me, and I'm out that [expletive], ok?

The minute or so conflict which was filmed and posted on the internet saw Jake Paul inevitably run down the street away from the group of people looking mad and frustrated at Jake Paul, it seemed as though Paul didn’t feel he could control the situation and made an adjustment to benefit himself - which was leaving the scene as fast as possible.

"You wanna run it one on one, no problem. But I'm not dumb. Okay? I'm tough”, further stated Paul. “I don't need to prove my toughness., but I'm not [expletive] dumb. I'm not gonna sit there and try to fight 50 dudes."
